Your key to becoming a successful gas technician!

Choosing Herzing College for gas technician certification is the best decision you can take! To begin with, our gas technician service program has been certified by the TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority), so you can be sure you will be learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Program Duration: 36 weeks

Your entire course will comprise three levels of certification: G3, G2 and G1. The G3 level is for beginners and is completely supervised by experts; while G2 is an intermediate level wherein you will be allowed to work on gas-based equipment and appliances without intervention or supervision. Once you clear both levels, you will be considered a qualified gas technician or gas fitter.

We only hire licensed instructors with many years of experience to teach you this course. We offer this course many times a year, so you can choose from multiple start dates. Rest assured, if you enroll here, you will learn everything there is to know about electricity, venting systems, installation codes, safe handling of gases and much more.

Once you graduate, you can work as a:

Gas service person
Gas pipefitter
Gas technician
Furnace/boiler installer etc.

International students studying at Herzing College do not qualify for the Post Graduation Work Permit.
