Applying for Herzing College’s Combined Refrigeration and Gas Tech 3 program can help you realize your dreams of becoming a certified gas technician. Jobs for refrigeration and gas technicians are in high demand. Our combined course could just be your key to cracking your way into a stable and rewarding job in this field.

Program Duration: 52 weeks

We offer a 52-week long course to fresh high school graduates as well as mature students. At the end of the program, you will receive a Gas Technician 3 certification as well as a Domestic Appliance certification. Our course is TSSA certified and is exclusively taught by industry experts so you get all the hands-on training you need.

Studying with us will offer you a fruitful balance of theoretical and practical knowledge of a wide array of subjects, which include but are not limited to:

Electricals (general)
Refrigeration
Venting methods
Piping methods
Gas appliances and safety

You will also be trained in people skills as it’s a basic requirement of the job.

International students studying at Herzing College do not qualify for the Post Graduation Work Permit.
